Scripts

Scripts are pre-written messages that can be inserted into a message to make responding to common inquiries quicker and easier. There are two types of scripts: shared scripts and personal scripts. Shared scripts are shared with all of the users that access your TxtSquad account, while personal scripts are unique to your own log in.

To see your scripts or to create a new script, first head to the Automations section of the app from the left side navigation pane, then click the Scripts button.

Underneath the script heading, you will see buttons to swap between Shared Scripts or "My Scripts" - the My Scripts button will lead you to your personal scripts.

To get started, select the type of script you would like to create on the top of the page, then click the Create Script button just below. You will be brought to the Create Script page.

Scripts need two things, a name, and the script content. Below the input box, you will find buttons that let you add links, emojis, or template fields to your script.

Once you have named your script and composed it, click Create Script. The script will now be usable throughout the app by clicking the Script button below any input (shown below).
