Trackable Links

Trackable links are short links that alert you when a contact clicks them.

To see your trackable links or to create a new one, first head to the Automations section of the app from the sidebar, then click the Trackable Links button.

Here you can find any links you’ve previously created, as well as the Create Trackable Link button on the top left.

To create a link, click the button on the top left and fill out the link’s name and the actual link goes in the URL field. Optionally, you can add a description as well.

Once you’ve filled in the name and the URL, click Create Link to save it.

Using Trackable Links

To use a link, click the chain link icon below any message input box within the app.

This will open the Trackable Links popup.

New Link: Enter a URL and click Create to create a trackable link for this one instance only. It will not be saved to your trackable links. Use this option for one-time use links.

Reusable Links: Here we list all of the links that you’ve created in the past. Click the Insert Link button to use it in your message.
