Conversation Bot Overview

TxtSquad’s Conversation Bots are an automated way to engage in interactive and dynamic conversations with your contacts. With conversation bots you can gather information on your contacts, answer commonly asked questions, or let people chose their communication preferences without needing a personal touch.

Conversation bots are made up of Steps. Each step is a message that is sent to the contact, and the steps are connected based on keyword triggers or the status of the contact communicating with the bot - either a new contact, an existing contact, or a contact with a resolved conversation. You can also perform automations when a contact reaches a step, such as add or remove a tag or gather information.
