Mass Broadcasts

Mass Broadcasts are ideal for reaching large groups — use them when sending messages to more than 150 people or when targeting based on Tags or Segments.

Step 1: Navigate to the Broadcasts Page

From the left-hand navigation pane, head to the Broadcasts page. At the top, click Create a Mass Broadcast.

Step 2: Compose Your Message

Give your broadcast a name (this won’t be shown to your audience) and write your message in the text box.

Use the toolbar to:

• Add links, emojis, template fields, scripts, or images
• See how many SMS credits per contact will be used (bottom right)

Once you’re happy with your message, click Next.

Step 3: Select Your Audience

Choose your audience by selecting from your available Tags and/or Segments. You can mix and match as needed.

If a contact appears in more than one selected group, don’t worry — they’ll only receive the message once.

Click Next when done.

Step 4: Finalize & Send

You’ll now:

• Preview your message
• Choose a send time (now or later)
• See the estimated completion time for full delivery
• (Optional) Send Sample Message to yourself

Click Next, then Start Broadcast to launch or schedule your message.
